Introduction
Abstract
It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that we present to the Reader the next WSG University Scientific Notebooks - Tourism and Recreation. An undoubted advantage of this publication is its interdisciplinarity, which allows to look at the complex phenomena accompanying tourism and recreation from many different scientific perspectives. Although works representing the achievements of representatives of management and quality sciences as well as dissertations in the humanities dominate, there are also studies from the perspective of socio-economic geography, as well as studies on Earth and the environment. In addition, apart from strictly research works, theoretical considerations and summaries based on the latest literature on the subject or sources of law appeared. As a result, an interesting and diverse picture of many research attitudes, ways of thinking and methods of scientific interpretation of phenomena related to travel and the mobility of societies in leisure time emerged.
